Using the 1yearold Moringa oleifera seedlings as experimental material, we studied the impacts of two different kinds of cultivation methods, aerosol cultivation and soil cultivation, on the growth of M. oleifera. The growth indexes that we measured included height, crown width, stem diameter at 1 cm height abovegroundlevel, maximum diameter of rhizoma and weight of whole seedlings. The results are as follows: The growth indexes were higher in aerosol cultivation than those in soil cultivation. The increasing range were 66.5% for height, 47.2% for crown width, 79.7% for stem diameter at 1 cm height above groundlevel, 63.3% for maximum diameter of rhizoma, and 702.7% for weight of whole seedlings.
